Shipping

A flat shipping rate of $8 applies for orders under $79. Orders over $79 qualify forFREE SHIPPING. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across America every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

We offer "free shipping" or "free shipping and free returns" on Order over $79. "Free shipping" refers to standard shipping; express delivery and second day charges are extra. Our "free shipping and free returns" offer is available to the lower 48, continental U.S. states only, not available on orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico or other international destinations. Products that ship by freight are not eligible for free shipping or free returns. "Free returns" does not apply to international orders.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time. Processing time:shipping within 48 hours.Shipping time:we provide different methods for different products categories. Your shipping time will be affected by the shipping method you specified.

Standard method:Shipping time(5-8 Business days)

We are committed to using eco-friendly packing solutions whenever possible. We use air-filled pillow bags that efficiently pack into boxed shipments and reduce the amount of packing material needed for each order. We also use 100 percent biodegradable starch pellets as packing materials. These static-free pellets have the look of the old-fashioned plastic packing peanuts, but are made to degrade quickly in landfills and are completely petroleum, CFC and HCFC free.

Returns

1.Our policy lasts 30 days. According to the specific circumstances, your return request will be accepted if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

2. In some cases, we will adopt a "non-return refund" policy. In other words, the buyer does not need to send the product back to Alsecure's warehouse.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


5. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Alsecure@gmail.com

Return shipping is paid by the customer for all products, unless the item is defective and under warranty, or as otherwise specified in a specific product detail page on our website. For qualifying returns, a prepaid FedEx return label will be provided.

It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable return mailing service and to keep a record of the tracking number for the return shipment. Alsecure will not be responsible for any lost return shipments. In the case that proof of delivery is requested for a returned package, the return tracking number will be required.

Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without a return merchandise authorization issued by Alsecure may be denied and sent back to the customer. To ensure your return is processed in a speedy manner, we ask that all returns be requested calling us, toll-free, so that we may issue the appropriate authorization and provide instructions on where to send your item.

International Customers
Alsecure is unable to reimburse any customs or duties fees paid by international customers in the event of a return of an item delivered outside the United States.

As stated in our shipping policy, Alsecure is not responsible for any additional charges levied by the recipient’s country for importing our products. As such, we will not be able to issue any reimbursements for those fees.

For warranty replacements, we are able to mark the packages for the replacement shipment as replacement products. However, it is still up to the discretion of the recipient country as to whether or not additional customs or duties fees will be issued for the new shipment. Regrettably, Alsecure is not able to control whether or not these fees will be issued. Any fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refused International Shipments: If your package is returned to us due to your refusal to pay customs fees, any fees charged to us by the carrier for the return of the package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you for the item.

If the refusal to pay customs fees results in the package being put into abandonment by the carrier and the items are not returned to us we will not be able to refund you for these items.
